Loving the New Distress Labels!
I didn't stop to clean my brayer or mixed media mat until all the pieces were painted.
I painted them in an order where if, a little of the previous colour ended up in the next
it would be a happy accident that just made the pieces more interesting.
The pattern on the collage paper and tape doesn't matter, these happen on my
desk already for some Christmas cards I was making. The collage paper is
stronger than tissue paper and will hold up to the 3D Embossing latter. The tape
needs to be thin, almost invisible behind the die cut pieces.
I know this combination works!
Before adding the double sided tape (next step). Look to see where you can
remove any of the design tape thickness and, if it is peeling up, pull it off.
Using a bonefolder, burning the collage paper to the double sided tape.
This is what going to hold the whole thing together, more is better than less.
don't worry about trimming the excess collage paper now.
